Uses and Application Scenarios

  • Construction Industry

As a concrete water reducer , it can improve the fluidity, strength and durability of concrete. Especially in the production of high-strength and high-performance concrete, it can reduce the amount of cement and reduce the cost.

  • Ceramic Industry

As a dispersant , it can effectively reduce the aggregation of raw material particles and improve the fluidity and uniformity of ceramic slurry after being added to ceramic slurry.

  • Mining Industry

As a dispersant in the ore flotation process, it improves the flotation effect of minerals, promotes the separation of minerals, and improves the extraction efficiency of ores.

  • Pigment Industry

As a dispersant in coatings and inks, it can improve the dispersion of pigment particles, enhance the color saturation and uniformity of coatings.

  • Pulp and Paper Industry

As a papermaking aid , it can improve the dispersibility of pulp and the strength of paper.

Advantage

  • Efficient Water Reduction and Dispersion

Significantly improve the strength and fluidity of concrete, reduce the amount of cement used, and achieve the effect of environmental protection and energy saving.

  • Enhancing Work

Improve workability in construction and other industries, make construction easier, and increase construction efficiency.

  • High Cost Performance

Compared to traditional water reducers, sodium naphthalene sulfonate has a higher cost performance and is widely used in various production processes, saving costs.

  • Environmental Protection

Non-toxic and harmless, meets international environmental requirements, suitable for various industries that require environmental certification.

Operating instructions

  • Concrete Applications

The recommended usage is 0.2% -0.5% of the cement quality. According to the requirements of concrete strength and fluidity, sodium naphthalene sulfonate should be added in moderation. It needs to be fully mixed with other raw materials (such as cement, sand, etc.) to ensure uniform distribution.

  • Ceramic Applications

When used as a dispersant in ceramic raw materials, it is usually added at 0.2% -0.5% of the raw material mass and mixed evenly before use.

  • Mining Applications

When used in ore flotation, the recommended addition amount is 0.1% -0.3% of the slurry.

  • Pigment application

In coatings and inks, add 0.5% -1% of the total pigment to help disperse pigment particles.

  • Pulp Application

It can be added at 0.5% -1% of the pulp weight to improve dispersion and paper strength.

Performance

  • Efficient Water Reduction

As a highly efficient water reducer, it can effectively reduce the amount of water in concrete, improve the fluidity, strength, and durability of concrete.

  • Decentralization

It can effectively disperse mineral particles, pigments, suspensions, etc., improve the uniformity and stability of products, and is widely used in pigments, coatings, ceramics and other fields.

  • Chemical Stability

Strong stability, not easily decomposed under normal temperature and humidity conditions, and will not undergo significant changes even after long-term storage.

  • Improve Strength and Workability

It can effectively improve the compressive strength and workability of concrete. Under the same water-cement ratio, it can reduce moisture and improve the strength of the material.

Packaging &storage &handling

  • Packaging

Standard packaging is 25kg paper-plastic composite bag or ton bag . Packaging specifications can be customized according to customer needs.

  • Storage

It should be stored in a cool, dry, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and humid environment. The shelf life is generally 12 months, and it can be stored for a long time unopened. After opening, it should be used promptly and ensure that the packaging is intact to prevent moisture.

  • Handling

During the handling process, avoid high temperature and humid environments, avoid bag damage, and keep it dry and sealed.
