Lignin is mainly composed of three elements, carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. It is generally accepted that lignin is a cross-linked natural *** type polymer compound formed by ***propyl (C9) units connected by C-O bonds or C-C bonds. Because it contains a lot of **** and alcohol ***, the general formula is often recorded as R-OH. When the wood is cooked with a solution containing NaHSO3 and SO2 at a certain temperature and pressure, the lignin is converted into the calcium salt of lignosulfonic acid and dissolved.

Lignosulfonate is soluble in aqueous solutions of various pH values, insoluble in *** solvents, and its functional group is *** formula ***. Calcium lignosulfonate is a multi-component high molecular polymer anionic surfactant extracted from wood. It has a brownish-yellow powder appearance and a fragrant smell. The molecular weight is generally between 800 and 100,000. Dispersion, cohesion, and chelation. It is widely used as cement water reducing agent, chemical suspending agent, ceramic or refractory plasticizer, coal water slurry dispersant, mineral processing dispersant, leather tanning agent, carbon black granulating agent, etc.

The main purpose:

1. Used as concrete water reducing agent: adding 0.2-0.3% of the weight of cement can reduce the water consumption by more than 10-15%, improve the workability of concrete, and improve the quality of the project. Used in summer, it can suppress slump loss, and it is generally used in combination with superplasticizer.

2. It is used as a beneficiation flotation agent and a binder for smelting mineral powder. Calcium lignosulfonate is mixed with mineral powder for smelting industry to make mineral powder balls. After drying, it is placed in a kiln to improve the recovery rate of smelting.

3. Refractory: When making refractory bricks and tiles, calcium lignosulfonate is used as dispersant and binder, which can improve the operation performance, and have good effects such as water reduction, reinforcement, and crack prevention.

4. Ceramics: When used in ceramic products, it can reduce the carbon content to increase the green strength, reduce the amount of plastic clay, the mud has good fluidity, improve the yield by 70-90%, and reduce the sintering speed from 70 minutes to 40 minutes.

5. Others: calcium lignosulfonate can also be used as refining aid, casting, coal-water slurry dispersant, high-grade wettable powder processing, briquette powder, road, soil, dust suppression, leather tanning Fillers, carbon black granulation, feed binders, etc.

Sodium lignosulfonate is an anionic surfactant, brown powder. It is mainly used for dispersing and filling of disperse dyes and vat dyes. It has good dispersibility, heat stability and high temperature dispersibility, good grinding aid effect, light stain on fibers, and low reduction to azo dyes.

How to use: 1. Sodium lignosulfonate is mainly used for dispersing and reducing dyes, and can also be used as a chemical agent for acid dyes and a pigment dispersant. 2. As a high-efficiency concrete water-reducing agent, it has superior performance than calcium lignosulfonate, and is suitable for culverts, dams, reservoirs, airports and highways. 3. Used as lead-acid *** and alkaline *** cathode anti-shrinkage agent to improve the battery’s low-temperature emergency discharge capacity and service life; used in electroplating and electrolysis to make the coating uniform without tree-like patterns; as a tanning agent in the fur industry Leather agent; as descaling agent on boilers; used as high-grade flotation agent in metallurgical mining.

Storage: Pay attention to preventing moisture and rain, and avoid agglomeration. If there is agglomeration, it will not affect the use effect after crushing or dissolving; this product is non-toxic and harmless, and it will not deteriorate after long-term storage.
